Ruth Lillian Rieder Marshall, age 99, passed away on May 26, 2013 in Diamondhead, MS.
Mrs. Marshall was born June 4, 1913 in New Orleans and was married for 42 years to the late Captain John F. Marshall, Sr.
Mother of the late John F. Marshall, Jr., Beverly Marshall Koehl and the late Charles Marshall; daughter of the late Josephine and Christopher Rieder; sister of the late George Rieder and the late Capt. Chris Rieder; grandmother of seven; great-grandmother of fourteen; and the great-great grandmother of two; also survived by daughter-in-law Aline Marshall and a host of nieces and nephews.
The Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 30 at St. Bernard Memorial Gardens in Chalmette. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital (www.stjude.org). Arrangements handled by Riemann Family Funeral Home, Pass Christian, MS. Tributes may be offered at www.riemannfamily.com.
