Ruth Bonner

Mrs. Ruth Idell Bonner, age 77 of Saucier, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her brother, William “Bill” Patrick; her sister, Joan Reno; her nephews, Ruben “Cliff” Fillingame and Jon Reno.

Ruth is survived by her daughter, Lois (Michael) Bridges; her sister, Nola Mann; her grandchild, Ashley Bridges; and nieces and nephews, William “Scooter” Patrick, Brandon Patrick, Carla High, Ricki Mann, Curtis Reno and Gene Reno.

A livelong resident of Mississippi, Ruth enjoyed cooking and reading and loved her only grandchild, Ashley, dearly.  She worked as a cashier for thirty years before she began working in the Harrison County School System as a custodian. She thoroughly loved gardening and especially enjoyed her mountain azaleas and geraniums.

Per Mrs. Ruth Bonner’s request, there will not be any services. In memory of her, the family asks that you make contributions to St. Jude’s Hospital.
