Royce Durwood Saucier, age 91 of Gulfport, MS, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Royal and Nancy Saucier; his wife of 67 years, Dorothy Saucier; his sister, Barbara Quave; and his daughter-in-law, Lucy Saucier.

Royce is survived by his children, Nelson Saucier and Henry (Tina) Saucier; his grandchildren, Tiffany (Chris) Richardson, Joshua Saucier and Callie (Chase) Thompkins; his great grandchildren, Jordan Chapman, Zachary Chapman, Hannah (Fisher) Guy, Austin Richardson, Cannon Thompkins and Charlee Thompkins; his great-great grandson, Greyson Chapman and numerous nephews and nieces whom he loved very much.

Mr. Saucier proudly and honorably served his country in the United States Army. He found great joy in watching classic Westerns, fishing, shrimping, camping, and barbecuing. He especially cherished traveling with his wife, often visiting Tennessee, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.

Mr. Saucier dedicated 45 years of service to Coca-Cola in Gulfport and also contributed his time to the Harrison County Mosquito Control, reflecting his strong work ethic.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, April 10, 2026, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial with military honors will follow at Beulah Cemetery.
