Roy Lee "Peter Roy" Elder, Jr., age 76, of Biloxi, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cathedral, Biloxi, from 10:00 a.m. until Noon. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at Noon.
