Rosemary Bailey, age 88, of Biloxi, passed away on February 16, 2026.

Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents, Porter and Maudie Vance; her sisters, Ophelia and Martha; her brothers, Jack, Wilber, and Cortez; her husband of 43 years, Marvin Bailey; her son, Jimmy Bailey; and her nephews, Billy Fulton and Keith Vance. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Joy (Scott) Parker; her grandchildren, Natalie (John) Platts, Krystle (Perrin) Kelley, Ashley Ross, Gary Lovins, and Amanda Bailey; her great grandchildren, Devin Platts, John Platts, Bailey Ross, Taylor Kelley, Brinleigh Martin, Harper Bishop, and Addison Bishop; her nieces, Brenda Hinson, Cathy Byars, and Vickie Lightner; and her nephews, Wayne Vance, Scott Vance, and Tim Vance.

Rosemary loved to cook, sew and paint. She especially loved spending time at family gatherings and going to church.

The family would like to thank Gentiva Hospice Services, Dr. Hoover, and Dr. Joseph Cox for the care shown to Rosemary during her time with them.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 21, 2026, at First Presbyterian Church, 1340 Beach Blvd., Biloxi, MS, with the visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. for family and friends.
