Ronald W. Watts, age 62 passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2018 in Biloxi with his family by his side.
Born on Independence Day, July 4, 1956 in Gastonia, North Carolina, Ronnie was the first of two children born to Jack and Jane (Barnes) Watts. The family later relocated to the Ocean Springs community on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Ronnie graduated from Ocean Springs High School, and he worked for the Mavar Canning Company on Point Cadet until they closed. He then relocated to Georgia for several years before returning to reside in D'Iberville after his retirement.
He is survived by his parents, Jack and Jane (Barnes) Watts; his three children, Brandi Salzman (Michael), Melissa Hulsey (Jake), and Ronald Watts, II.; one sister, Melinda Leger (Amos); and his eight grandchildren, Everett, Carter, Adam, Khloe, Lexi, Julianne, Gabriella, and Ronnie III who loving referred to him as Pop Pop. He will be deeply missed by all.
