Ronald Vincent Gambino

Ronald Vincent Gambino, Sr., born on May 30, 1940, in New Orleans, LA, was a resident of Picayune, MS, and died on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, in Slidell, LA at the age of 73.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Gertrude Gambino; his father, Vincent Gambino; his brother, George Gambino; his first wife, Sandra Ann Gambino and a grandchild, Jacob Sampson.
Mr. Gambino is survived by his wife, Linda Sampson Gambino; his brother, Frank Gambino; his sister, Charlene (Darryl) Champagne; his children, Ronald Vincent (Mindy) Gambino, Jr., Sandy (William) Stewart, Rodney (Christina) Sampson, and Rachelle (Dusty) Dillard; his grandchildren, Cole Stewart, Drew (Kelsee) Dillard, Corey (Rachel) Dillard, Alexandria Dillard, Shelby Sampson, Caroline Sampson, and Brad Sampson; his great grandchildren, Rylee, Tripp, & Wyatt Dillard, and Hallie Dillard.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 13, 2013, at 11:00am at Westlawn Cemetery, 1225 Whitney Ave. Gretna, LA 70056. A memorial service will also be held on Friday, September 13th at 4:00pm at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 1000 Goodyear Blvd. in Picayune.
