He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Margaret Wharton Joyner.
He is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM Thursday, August 18, 2016 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 10:00AM until service time. Graveside service will be held at 1:00PM on Friday, August 19, 2016 at Andrews Chapel Cemetery in Ethelsville, AL.
