Robert ""Pap Pap"" Taylor loved Jesus. Mr. Taylor, age 59, was a resident of Gulfport and he went home Monday, November 21, 2016.
Mr. Taylor was faithful in his walk with the Lord and he served in his ministry with the Good News Prison and Jail Ministry at the Harrison County Jail.
Survivors include his wife, Dana; his children, Jeffrey, Phillip, Rylan, Chaise and Kyle; his siblings, BT, Cindy and Carl ""Bird""; and his grandchildren, Camryn, Elijah, Ethan and his namesake, Kate Taylor.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 26, 2016 at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 5169 Espy Ave. in Long Beach.
