CPO Robert G. Harvey, Jr., U.S. Navy, Retired, age 79, resident of the Armed Forces Retirement Home, Gulfport, died October 29, 2013.
Mr. Harvey was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, September 23, 1932, to Robert G. Harvey, Sr. and Johanna Dericher Harvey. He retired from the U.S. Navy.
He is preceded in death his wife of 41 yrs, Gwenlynn Kneale Harvey from Biloxi, MS.
He is survived by his six children, Connie Winter, Temecula,CA, Garry Harvey, Menifee, CA, Randy Harvey, Reynoldsburg, OH, Sher Stiles, Eden Prairre, MN, Alan Harvey, Escondido, CA, Kevin Harvey, Ladson, SC; 17 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at Biloxi National Cemetery, at 9:00 a.m.
