Robert Beauvais, Sr.

Robert Frank Beauvais, Sr., age 88, of Pass Christian, passed away on Feb. 9, 2020.

Robert was born in New Orleans to Newton Edward and Mathilde Martin Beauvais.  He served in the United States Army during the Korean War, was a truck driver for 37 years, and was a Hancock County Sheriff’s Department Auxiliary Deputy.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Newton E. Beauvais, Jr. and Garland Beauvais; sister, Claire Adams; and daughter, Melissa Walsh.

He is survived by his companion of 42 years, Mary Saucier; son, Robert Beauvais, Jr.; sister, Norma Gogreve; sisters in law, Dot Beauvais and Joyce Beauvais.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 14, 2020, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road, from 8:00 am until 10:00 am.  Mass of Christian Burial will follow at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church at 10:30 am.

Interment will be in Biloxi National Cemetery with honors military funeral provided by the United States Army.
