Rita ""Artie"" Mary Ward Adkins, 60, passed away August 20, 2014.
Artie was a native of Mobile, AL and graduated from Davidson High School. She was a resident for 40 years of the Gulf Coast and was of the catholic faith. Artie retired after 23 years as a Registered Nurse from Memorial Hospital of Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Rechann Glass. Survivors include her daughter, Brandy Blackwell Reeves (Robert); five grandchildren; brother, Warren Ward (Deborah); and niece, Shawn Glass.
Private services were held by RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Gulfport. Tributes may be offered at www.riemannfamily.com.
