Richard Joseph Stodola

 Richard Joseph Stodola, born February 16, 1953, in Rochester, MN.,  passed away on December 20, 2024, in Pascagoula, MS at the age of 71.

 Richard was preceded in death by his son, Richard (Joe) Stodola III.; his parents, Richard Studola Sr and Shirley (Tointon) Stodola; brothers, Steve Stodola, Mike Stodola, Tom Stodola and his wife Dawn; Gordon Schoon, and Raymond Schoon.

 He leaves a long list of survivors who will hold their memory’s dear. They include his wife of 46 years, Susan Ann Stodola; his children, Brandon Cook of St. Charles, MN., Eric Cook of Pascagoula, MS., and Tim and Katie Stodola of St. Charles, MN; his brothers, Mark Stodola of Florida, and Eric Schoon, of Jackson, MS.; his grandchildren, Dylan, Angel, Hunter, Corey, Viva, Christian, Alli, Fione, Mylee, Alarya Rose, Victoria, Layla, and Joe; great grandchildren, Arial and Cecilia, numerous relatives, nieces, nephews and dear friends. 

 Richard was a U.S. Army Veteran who proudly served his country. He was later a shoe manufacturer for 21 years in Redwing, MN at the Redwing Shoe Factory. He loved his family dearly and will be missed deeply by each of them.
