MSgt Richard Herro, Sr., USAF, Ret, passed away peacefully in his home, Wednesday, April 22, 2015, in Biloxi.
He was an exceptional man in every way, as a husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Herro; and his sons, Richard Herro, Jr., and Noel Herro.
He is survived by his son, Kevin Herro, daughter-in-law, Kim Herro; sister-in-law, Helen Daniels; nephew, Wayne Daniels; daughter, Mary Lou Daniels; grandchildren, Derek Herro, Mandon Toncrey, Kelley Herro, Scotty Herro, Kyle Herro, Johnathan Herro; and great grandchildren, Ema Herro, Lyla Herro, and Mary Jane Herro.
A funeral service will be held Monday, April 27, 2015, at 12:00 Noon at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, at the corner of Lemoyne Blvd. and Washington Avenue with a visitation for family and friends from 10:30 AM until service time at noon. Burial with full military honors will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
