Richard Charles Barlow

Richard C. Barlow was born on August 5, 1921, and passed away on July 3, 2013, at age 91, at his residence in Diamondhead.
Richard was born in New Orleans and after graduating from high school, he enlisted in the Navy for 4 years. After being discharged, he then enlisted in the Marine Corp and served in three wars, World War II, Korea, and Vietnam. Richard served a total of 26 years in his military career, reaching the rank of Gunnery Sergeant.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Rita and Thomas Barlow. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 49 years, Toshi Barlow, and several cousins, nieces, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 12, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery, with military honors to be rendered by the United States Marine Corp Honor Guard.
Riemann Family Funeral Home, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road in Pass Christian, assisted the family with arrangements.
