Rhonda Louise Mires

Rhonda Mires, of Gulfport, Mississippi, passed away on Monday, January 22, 2024, at the age of 57. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Rhonda Mires was born January 6, 1967, in Gulfport.

Rhonda was employed at the Isle of Capri Casino for over 10 years. She was a lifelong parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Gulfport.  She was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She was also our best friend and backbone; an angel on earth.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gary G. Seymour, Sr.; her mother, Peggy Sue Seymour; and her brother, Gary G. Seymour, Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, Divinity Renee Mires; her granddaughter, Lexi Alexandra Renee Mires; and her grandson, Kingston A. Mires.  She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.  “Mommy, I love you more than you know …”
