Retired Technical Sergeant Vincent J. Patricelli, Sr., USAF, age 91, passed away peacefully at the Biloxi VA on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

Mr. Patricelli was a native of Rensselaer, NY, and a resident of Biloxi and Gulfport since 1971. He retired from the USAF in 1977, after serving 22 years, proudly serving in numerous assignments both in the US and abroad, including the Vietnam War. He is the recipient of several accolades and medals. After retiring, he was very active umpiring college, high school and Little League baseball and officiating college and high school basketball.

Vincent was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patsy Henderson Patricelli, a retired Gulfport school teacher; his parents, Phyllis and Fred Patricelli and brother, Ralph Patricelli. 

He is survived by his daughter, Kathryn (Mickey) Dunaway of Woolmarket, and sons, Vincent (Barbara) Patricelli, Jr., of Clarksburg, Maryland, and Michael Patricelli of Woolmarket; his two sisters, Marlene Rasmusen and Antoinette ­­­­­Consula of Rensselaer, NY; his grandchildren, Shawna Dunaway of Woolmarket, Michelle Orr of Mebane, North Carolina, and Anna Patricelli of Biloxi as well as his great grandchildren, Cale and Lennox Fore of Woolmarket. 

Graveside service with full military honors will be held at 11:00 am, on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
