Raphael Edward Necaise

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Raphael Edward Necaise, who departed this world on May 16, 2023, at the age of 62. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas “Buddy” Necaise; brothers, Thomas “Tommy” Necaise and Phelan Necaise; paternal grandparents, Earl & Colestus Necaise; and maternal grandparents, Marvin & Bertha Spiers.

Raphael is survived by his mother, Letsy Necaise; 3 sons, Jeremy Necaise (Christina), Shaun Necaise, and Dylan Necaise; sister, Stacey Necaise (Kirby); brothers, Stephen Necaise (Lana) and Stanley Necaise (Tian Tse); grandchildren, Kayleigh Necaise, Jaylyn Necaise, Riley Necaise, Braxton Necaise, Caleb Necaise, Caiden Bennett, and Leah Shultz; and his precious fur companion, “Bay Bay”.

Raphael was a long-time resident of Pass Christian, MS and graduated from Pass Christian High School. He was a welder for Struther Industries in Gulfport, MS and worked for CE Natco Industries. Raphael enjoyed fishing, playing guitar, and carpentry. He was of the Catholic Faith.

Raphael loved his family and loved spending time with them. He loved working with his hands and always had some kind of project going. He loved to go fishing any chance he could.

Raphael's warmth will live on each day through those who loved him and enjoyed his company.

The services for Raphael will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road. The visitation will take place from 9 AM to 10 AM. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow immediately after at Riemann Family Funeral Home in Pass Christian at 10 AM, which is only fitting as it gives an opportunity for mourners to honor his life. Finally, a graveside service will take place at Standard Sand Hill Cemetery in Kiln.
