IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Randolph Joseph
Ladner
December 12, 1947 – January 24, 2026
Randolph Joseph “Randy” Ladner, III, age 78, entered into eternal life with God on January 24, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. A lifelong resident of Lakeshore, Mississippi, Randy leaves behind a legacy of faith, devotion to family, and a life well lived.
Randy was preceded in death by his father, Randolph Joseph Ladner, II; his mother, Eloise Strong Ladner Williams; his stepfather, Edgar Williams; and his sisters, Diana Ladner Seal and Joyce Ladner Garcia.
He is survived by his high school sweetheart and beloved wife of 55 years, Judy Marquar Ladner; his children, Randolph Joseph “Jay” Ladner IV (Michelle), Chere Ladner Hayward (Kevin), and Dustin Ladner; his grandchildren, Jordan Ladner Peterson (Bailey), Brooke Ladner Mitchell (Dylan), Brennan Hayward (Tyra), Jace Ladner and Ella Hayward; and his great-grandchildren, Kinzley, Kayson, Zander, and Reece.
A man of strong faith, Randy loved God and lived his life guided by that faith. He attended Refuge Church in Kiln, Mississippi. He was a devoted husband and father whose greatest pride was his family. He was always present when his loved ones needed guidance, support, or simply someone to listen, and he carried the role of father with steadiness, pride, and dedication.
Randy found peace and joy in the simple things he loved most. He enjoyed fishing and time outdoors, whether on the water at dawn or sitting quietly in a tree stand, creating moments his family will always cherish. He also loved music and found the same sense of calm and happiness in playing his bass.
Randy’s legacy lives on through his faith, his family, and the many memories held close by all who loved him. The family has chosen not to have formal service and will honor Randy privately through their fondest memories.
Riemann Family Funeral Home, Waveland is serving the family.
