Phyllis Ann Grissom Levens, age 70, of Gulfport, MS passed away on October 9th, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip E. Grissom and Martha A. Grissom; her siblings, Owen (Barabra) Grissom, Roy Grissom, Rex Grissom, Doris (Virgil) Smith, Buddy Grissom, John Grissom, Melburn Grissom, Moody Grissom, Herbert Grissom, and Glen (Kathy) Grissom.
She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Terry V. Levens; her son, Michael Levens; 3 grandchildren, Zackary Levens, Tera Levens, and Hailey Grace Levens; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
She was born in 1947 in Blythville, AR, to the late Phillip E. Grissom and the late Martha A. Grissom. She attended school at Harrison Central High School. Phyllis worked at Necaise Construction, Gulfport Credit Bureau and Bailey Mortgage. While working at Bailey Mortgage, she worked in the mortgage loan department and was on the Board of Realtors.
Visitation will be on Sunday, October 15, 2017, from 6 - 8 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. The funeral service will be at 10 am Monday in the funeral homme chapel. Interment will be in Pine Ridge Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Notre Dame Hospice, 5407 Indian Hill Blvd, Diamondhead, MS 39525.
