Phyllis Anne Ladner, age 61, passed away Thursday, May 24, 2018 in Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by her father, Melvin Joseph Ladner; and her nephew, Brent Joseph Ladner.
She is survived by her mother, Yvonne N. Ladner; her daughter, Chandra Barlow; her siblings, Andy Ladner (Peggy), Veronica Breaux (Louis), David Ladner (Robin), Monica Malley (Alan), Marian Paige (Guy), Stacy Ladner (Janice), Morgan Ladner, Larisa Shaw (Chester) and Larita Campos (Paul); her grandchildren, Kalle Nesom (Scott), Kyle Barlow, and Kaitlyn Barlow; her great-grandchildren, McKenzie Nesom, Bristol Nesom, and Knox Nesom; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Ms. Ladner was a native of White Cypress Community and has been a resident of Diamondhead. She was employed with DAK Americas.
In lieu of flowers, we will have a donation box set up at St. Matthew the Apostle, Parish Hall for Phyllis' cousin, Breanna Halley, who has the same breast cancer. If you are unable to attend and would still like to donate, please send donations to Phyllis' daughter, Chandra Barlow at 6635 Ahekolo Circle, Diamondhead, MS 39525.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 1:00 p.m., Monday, May 28th at St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic Church, White Cypress, where friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
