Phyllis Jakway

Mrs. Phyllis Elizabeth Jakway of Long Beach passed away on May 24, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Monck and Mary Elizabeth Hempenstall Monck; her loving husband of 41 years, David R. Jakway; and her granddaughter, Molly Kate Harvel.

Mrs. Jakway is survived by her children, Jonathan Jakway of Newnan, GA, Mary Elizabeth Harvel and her husband, Buddy, of Alamosa, CO; her grandchildren, Cam Harvel, Morgan Howell, Zach Howell, and Alena Garner; her great-grandchildren, Maverick Howell and Mabry Garner; her sisters, Vera Hamilton, Beatrice Griffith, Olive Ormiston, and Gladys McCann; and her brother, Harry Monck.

A visitation will be held at 10:00AM until 11:00AM on Monday, June 1, 2020 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Rd, Long Beach. A burial will be at Biloxi National Cemetery.
