Phillip O. Harvill

Phillip O. Harvill passed away October 22, 2015, in Biloxi. Phillip lived a happy life, succumbing to lung cancer at age 83. The family will be having a private service followed by interment at the Biloxi National Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on November 1, 2015 at New Hope Baptist Church, 17430 Landon Road, Gulfport, MS. All family and friends are invited to attend.
Phillip requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Advocates for Freedom (AFF), an anti-human trafficking non-profit organization.
