Ashley Pharoah Willard, IV, 65, of Vancleave, died Monday, April 23, 2007 in Jackson, MS.
He was a native of Mobile, AL and lived all of his life in Jackson County. He was a member of the Helena Presbyterian Church and attended First Baptist Church, Vancleave. Pharoah retired after 32 years from Blossmann Gas Company as a Regional Manager. After retirement, he became a partner with DVW Construction and he was a Licensed Real Estate agent. He also raised and bred Appaloosa Horses.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ashley Pharoah Willard, III and his grandfather, C.V. Pierce.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Shirley D. Willard, Vancleave, one son, Barry Willard, Helena, his parents, Carl and Doris Vice, Helena, his """"Lil Girl Margaret Kempner"""", his loyal puppy Max, and numerous other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 25, 2007 from 5:30 - 9 pm at First Baptist Church, Hwy 57, Vancleave. The funeral service will be 1 pm Thursday in the church sanctuary.
Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Helena.
