Penelope ""Penny"" Holliday, 59, of Picayune, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 in Picayune. Burial will be held at a later date in the family cemetery in Missouri. She is survived by her son, Robert Holliday; and her brother, John and his wife, Pamela; and her sister, Pam.
