Peggy Marie Rowell

Peggy Marie Rowell, born on August 31, 1935, in Gulfport, Mississippi, passed away on December 13, 2025, in Gulfport, Mississippi. She was known for her love and devotion as a homemaker. Peggy was a longtime member of First Methodist Church of Long Beach, where she cherished her faith and community.

Throughout her life, she found joy in creating ceramics, a hobby that allowed her to express her creativity. Peggy is survived by her son, Terry Rowell, and his wife, Mila. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, Albert Rowell, and her daughter, Dana Aminett Rowell.

Visitation will be held on December 19, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Riemann Family Funeral Home in Long Beach, followed by a funeral service starting at 11:00 AM with Reverend Ben Barlow officiating. Peggy will be laid to rest at Long Beach City Cemetery during a burial service that begins at 12:00 PM the same day.
