Paul "Captain" McGill

Paul ""Captain"" McGill, age 85 and a resident of Gulfport for 60 years, passed away on October 30, 2015.
He served in the United States Air Force for 4 years. He was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Lizana and was a member of the Knights of Columbus.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Mary McGill and his sister, Mary Lou Fazzio Chauvin.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Linda Lizana McGill of Gulfport; his children, Paul R. (Kim) McGill of California, Paul McVicker of Gulfport, Lamar (Mandy) McVicker of Kentucky, Karen (Gary) Blackmon of Florida, Paul S. ""Bucker"" McGill of Gulfport, Kevin T. ""Tootie"" (Kim) McGill of Saucier, and Duke McGill of Gulfport; his grandchildren, Tana Owens, Matthew (Amanda) Bryant, Matthew (Elizabeth) Blackmon, Kirsten McGill, Kaison McGill, Kaiden McGill, Karter McGill, Kristy Herrington (Michael) Logan, and Jade McVicker; and his great grandchildren, Brianna Bryant, Ethan Owens, Dylan Bryant, Ashlynn Bryant, Sloane Blackmon, and Grey Logan.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2015, from 6pm-8pm at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 2, 2015, at 10am at St. Ann Catholic Church in Lizana, where family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Wolf River Cemetery in Harrison County.
