Patrick McGee

Patrick Duane McGee, age 67, passed away Monday, April 16, 2018 in Gulfport. He was a proud Vietnam veteran with 35 years of service in the United States Navy. He was awarded the following metals during his service to his country, Seabee combat warfare specialist designator; fifth Navy achievement medal; Navy commendation medal; Meritorious unit commendation; fourth Navy unit commendation; sixth Good Conduct medal; second National Defense service medal; Vietnam service medal; Civil Action medal; Republic of Vietnam Presidential unit citation; Vietnam Gallantry Cross unit citation; sixth Overseas Service ribbon; sharpshooter M14; Republic of Vietnam Campaign medal.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul McGee.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Marlene Aitken McGee; mother, Linda Pardy Squires; daughter, Margie McGee; 2 step-daughters, Chantal Tarr (Kirk) and Charlene Burrows (Aaron); sister, Linda G. McGee; brothers, William McGee (Sharon) and Michael McGee (Priscilla); nephews, Drew McGee and Patrick McGee; niece, Amanda McGee.
A visitation will be held Monday, April 23, 2018 from 12:00PM until 2:00PM at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. A graveside service will be held at 2:30PM Monday, April 23, 2018 at Biloxi National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
