She was preceded in death by her parents, Haynes Brantley and Mavis Ansalvish.
She is survived by her husband Roy Deacon of Pass Christian; daughter, Kelley Tipps of Grandview, TX; son, Chris Rigdon of Prosper, TX; step-daughters, Melinda Mills of New Orleans, LA and Michele Grenz of Gretna, LA; 7 grandchildren, Hunter Tipps, Autumn Tipps, Cole Rigdon, Amber Rigdon, Samantha Winders, James Mills and Larysa Grenz.
