Otis Joseph Bilbo Sr.

Otis Joseph Bilbo Sr, 73, of Bay St. Louis, MS passed away on July 30, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on April 18, 1950 in Hancock County, MS to the late Lollice & Mary Katherine Bilbo. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Delores Bilbo; daughter, Cecile Bilbo; brother, Ferdian Bilbo, and sister, Yvonne Dougherty.

Otis worked as painter for the NASA Stennis Space Center and retired after working over 20 years.  He enjoyed spending time in the outdoors and in his garden.  Otis always loved having a good time and having cookouts at his home.  His pride was his family and spending that time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and great grand children. 

Otis is survived by his loving wife of 7 years, Jennifer Bilbo; children, Otis “Joe” (Tonya) Bilbo Jr., Randy Bilbo, Bridgett Evans, Thomas (Shantel) Seawright, and Juliet (Jonathan) Hearndon; siblings, Ann Faye, Lollice Bilbo Jr., and Linda Veglia.  Otis also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren, friends, and extended family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
