Oliver ""Jake"" Gras, age 52, a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Saucier, passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2016 in Gulfport.
He was preceded in death by his father, Irwin Francis Gras; his mother, Ann Therese; and his brothers, Ernie and Eddie Gras.
Jake is survived by his fianceÌ of 2 ½ years, Kayla Smith; his son, Jayden Clay Gras, his daughters, Latasha Rog, and Tanisha Gras; the mother to his daughters, Donna Gras; his siblings, Ervin Gras, Erwin Gras, Frank (Terrisa Schieffler) Gras, Mike (Easter) Gras, and Tina (Billy) Grantham; his nieces and nephew, Ashley Gras, Michelle Williams, and Christopher Salisury, and his grandchildren, Jeremiah Gras, Jerrika Gras, Brytton Gras, Sara Paige Rog, and Grace Payton Rog.
He enjoyed motorcycles, walking on the beach, watching the sunset and being on a boat. Jake lived an amazing life, and touched a great many lives, while he was still with us. He always had a smile on his face, and a willingness to help others. He is greatly loved by his family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at 20474 Driscoll Lane, Saucier, MS 39574.
