Norma "Grace" Stroup

Norma “Grace” Stroup, age 99 of Long Beach, passed away November 6, 2024.

She was born in Trindad, West indies to Joseph and Carolyn Finning on May 21, 1925. Grace was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith.

Grace was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, CW04 William E. Stroup, USN Ret., who passed in 2021. 

She is survived by her son, Robert Stroup of Long Beach, MS: her daughter, Elizabeth Stroup of Linden, Pa; her grandchildren, Sharon (Bubba) Lessard and Derek (Nicole) Stroup; and her great grandchildren, Lincoln Lessard and Eliza Stroup, all from Massachusetts.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Robin, Amy, and the staff with Southern Living Assistance Services. Their kindness and caring for our mother is greatly appreciated.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM, Monday, November 18, 2024, at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 720 Beach Blvd. E., Long Beach, MS.
