Nolan Phillip Chaisson, 67, a native of New Orleans and a resident of Bay St. Louis passed away Monday, August 11, 2014 at home.
Mr. Chaisson is preceded in death by his wife, Jackie Baham; his parents, Marion and Forest Chaisson; his sisters, JoAnn Wintermute and Patricia Vinet; and his great grandchild, Landon Herrin. He is survived by his children, Cynthia (Eddie) Edmonson and Melissa (Gee) Desmond; a sibling, Roland Chaisson of Louisiana; his grandchildren, Amanda Begnaud of Wiggins, MS, Jonathon Herrin of Ocean Springs, MS, Megan Desmond and Scott Desmond of Bay St. Louis, MS; and his great grandchildren, Dustin and Brandon Ladnier, Tatum, Olivia, Jace, Aiden, and Dawson Herrin; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Chaisson served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and retired from the auto mechanic industry. He loved fishing and gardening.
A graveside service will be planned at a later date at Theodore Dendinger Cemetery, Madisonville, LA. RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Pass Christian served the family.
