Neilie B. Donald Bradley

Neilie B. Donald Bradley, age 86, of Gulfport, MS, passed away on February 4, 2013 with her family by her side.
A native of Dodson, LA, Mrs. Bradley began her working career as a telephone operator for Southern Bell and later retired from the Harrison County School System Food Service program. She served as a door greeter for Wal-Mart and also volunteered at Garden Park Hospital. She was a longtime faithful member of New Hope Baptist Church in Gulfport, where she loved her pastors and many church friends. To meet her was to love her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Donald; her son, Morris Lee Donald; her husband, Hansel Bradley; and her granddaughter, Christy McClellan.
Mrs. Bradley is survived by her children, Charlene Norton and her husband, Dale, of Perkinston, Carlene McClellan and her husband, Bobby, of Gulfport, and Chester Donald of Gulfport; sisters, Christine (Bobby) Kelly of Monterey, LA, Ella (Robert) Hart of Shreveport, LA; grandchildren, Gayla (Kevin) Ross, Robin (Ladd) Taylor, Jeremy McClellan, Richie McClellan, Michele Smith, Tina Donald; seven great grandchildren; four step-children, Cheryl Shaw, Jack (Sylvia) Bradley, Danny (Sharon) Bradley, Jerry (Opal) Bradley; step-grandchildren, Melissa (Keith) Rodgers, Gary (Jackie) Shaw, Michael (Caroline) Shaw, Todd, Stephen, Kristen, Matthew, Beth, John, and Laura Bradley; fourteen step-great grandchildren; two step-great-great grandchildren; and pets, Ruby and Minnie.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 2:00 PM at New Hope Baptist Church, Gulfport, with a visitation from 12:30 PM until the service. Burial will follow at Allen Cemetery, Long Beach.
