Nancy White

On Saturday, March 30, 2024, Nancy Patricia “Pat” White, of St. Martin, passed away in Pascagoula, MS. Born on March 31, 1944 to Nora Walker and Oswald Luxich, in Gulfport, MS. Pat grew up along the Mississippi Gulf Coast and resided in St. Martin for most of those years. The oldest of three, the mom to four, Maw Maw to seven grandchildren and many great grandchildren, she enjoyed bowling, collecting teddy bear figurines, soap operas, and all the grand babies, even the ones that weren’t related by blood. If you were down on your luck, needed a place to lay your head… Maw Maw’s was the place to go.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Wyatt Davis White; her parents, Nora Walker and Oswald Luxich; her grandson, Timothy Allen White; and daughter in law, Terrie Ann White.

Left to cherish her irreplaceable memory are her brothers, Edward and Chris(Tina)Walker; her children, Michael White, Gregory White (Michelle),   (Nancy) Michelle White, and Dedra Nickerson (Bryan); her grandchildren, Rachel White, Andrew White, Jordan White, Alex White, Kristen David (Andrew), Allison White, and Samantha White; great grandchildren, Jayden White, Cameron White, Caleb David, Cade White, Evalynn White, Alyssia Ramos, Olivia White, Wyatt White, Callie White, Julian White, Audrey White, Kenzie David, Emerie Easter, Lexie White, Avianna Easter, and Gracie White; and nephews, Jerrod Walker, Austin Walker, and Joshua Walker.

The family will hold a private ceremony to be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to your favorite charity or St. Jude’s Research Hospital in her honor.
