Nancy Ruth Hays Hughes

Nancy Ruth Hughes, age 84 and a resident of Bellflower, CA, died on Friday, September 20, 2013, in Bellflower.
Nancy was born in Long Beach, MS, and lived on the Gulf Coast most of her life. She moved to California in 1990 after her husband's death. Nancy was a member of the Bible Fellowship Church in Pass Christian and First Christian Church, Bellflower, CA. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and church family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel A. Hays and Florence Daisy (Bending) Hays and her husband, William Felts Hughes.
Mrs. Hughes is survived by her sister, Dorothy Peters of California; her brother, John Hays of New Jersey; many nieces, nephews and their families.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 27, 2013, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach, at 2:00 p.m. Friends may visit 30 minutes prior.
Burial will follow at Long Beach City Cemetery.
