Mr. Francis Manning

Mr. Francis Michael Manning, age 72, and a resident of Gulfport, MS, passed away on Saturday August 15, 2020 at the VA Medical Center in Biloxi.

Mr. Manning was a native of Pensacola, FL and had been a resident of Gulfport for the past 16 years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. His hobbies included coin collecting and fishing.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Fisher House at Keesler AFB.

He was preceded in death by his father, Vincent Anthony Manning, Sr.; mother, Sara Elizabeth Manning; and sister, Carmen Manning. Survivors include his four children; his six grandchildren; his siblings, Tony Manning Jr. of Georgetown, TX and Sara Anita Manning of Pensacola, FL; and by several dear friends in the Gulfport area.

Mr. Manning was laid to rest at Biloxi National Cemetery.
