Morris Edward Adams Jr. 71, of Ocean Springs, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 in Ocean Springs.
Mr. Adams was a native of Ruston, LA. and has been a resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1951.
He was a teacher of government, psychology and sociology at D'Iberville High School for 24 years. After retirement he dealt blackjack at Casino Magic in Biloxi for 8 years. He loved spending all his time with his kids and grandkids and had a passion for music (Bob Dylan).
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 47 years, Mary Sue DeSilvey Adams of Biloxi; three sons, Jason Adams of Ridgeland, MS, Brian(Tonya) Adams of Gulfport, and Darren(Christy) Adams of Plano, TX; his granddaughters, Jeron and Erica; his grandsons, Owen, Bryce, Corbin, and Toby; his brother, Mark(Tammy) Adams of Ocean Springs; and his sister, Jan Cantrell of Brookhaven, MS.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2016 from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME's Reception Center, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd. at Washington Ave., Ocean Springs.
