Mitchell Wyman Smith, 76, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2017. Mr. Smith was a resident of Saucier and attended Temple Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Maggie Smith; son, James Mitchell Smith; sisters, Gwen McDonald, Rhoda Danzey, Willidene Herring and Cleo Hall; and brothers, Kenny Vester and Ray Norman.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Sobra "Sissy" Smith; his 1st wife, Janice Smith; 4 children, Timothy Wyman Smith, Gwen Janice Urbati (Mike), George Clinton Smith (Delynda) and Michael Shane Smith (Dusti); brothers, Herman Smith and Ulmont Smith; 14 Grandchildren; 10 Great-grandchildren; and nephews, Taylor and Thomas.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 8th, from 12:30 until the Funeral Service at 1:30 p.m. at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. Burial will follow at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens in Long Beach.
