Michael Wallace

Michael Edward “Shadow” Wallace, 68, of Saucier, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport.

Mr. Wallace was a native of Cocoa Beach, Florida and had been a resident of Saucier the past 20 years. He was trained as a heavy equipment operator with the Job Corps. He loved to fish; loved spending time with his beloved pets, “Chumley” and “Dog,” and was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris; his father, James Edward Wallace; his mother, Kathryn “Kate” Smith; and his brothers, D.A. Wallace and James Ronald Wallace.

Survivors include his 2 sisters, Betty Petty of Louisiana and Sheila Donald of Saucier; his nephew, Jamie Johnson; and his niece, Trisha Johnson.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Riemann Family Funeral Home, Gulfport is serving the family.
