Michael "Mike" Thurman, 57, of Biloxi, Mississippi, passed away on July 19, 2026, in Biloxi.

Mike was a proud graduate of Long Beach High School and attended some college before beginning a career that would define much of his life. He dedicated more than 35 years as a UPS driver.

Mike is survived by his wife, Deborah Thurman, whom he shared 20 years of marriage; his children, Joshua Thurman (Hannah), Mia Thurman, Tyler Johnson (Ana), Nicole Fierro, and Andrew Fierro; his five cherished grandchildren, Noel Thurman, Marsali Thurman, Susana Johnson, Gianna Fierro, and Enzo Fierro; and his parents, Chuck Thurman and Theresa d'Aquino.

Mike had a passion for Halloween and looked forward to celebrating it each year. He adored his Scottish Terrier, "Cozmo", was a devoted Alabama Crimson Tide fan, and treasured the simple moments spent throwing the ball with his daughter, Mia. His infectious laugh, quick wit, and generous heart made him someone people naturally gravitated toward.

Above all, Mike will be remembered as a devoted and loving husband, father, son, brother, nonno, uncle, friend, neighbor, and gentle soul. He loved deeply, laughed often, and found joy in making others smile. With his generous heart, contagious laugh, wonderful sense of humor, and unwavering kindness, he made the world brighter simply by being in it. Though he will be deeply missed, the love he gave, the laughter he shared, and the countless lives he touched will remain his lasting legacy.
