Michael Streator

Michael David Streator, 72 of Gulfport, MS passed away peacefully on December 19, 2023 at the Coastal Health & Rehab.  He was born on November 27, 1951 in Oneida, NY.  He is preceded in death by his uncles, John Phelps, and David Phelps.

Michael served in the United States Navy for 8 years and was honorable discharged in 1977.  He was an avid reader and read so many books.  Michael was a movie enthusiast both watching and collecting.  He was a loving and caring individual who never got into any trouble had a love for animals.  Michael was a huge Saints fan and had season tickets. He had gift of music and could sing and sang in the choir.  Michael will be missed by all who knew and loved him. 

Michael is survived by his loving mother, Nancy Streator; uncle, Phillip Phelps; aunts, Lucille Phelps, and Ruth Nowakoski.  Michael also leaves behind to cherish his memory a host of friends and extended family.

Graveside Services with Military Honors will be held at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at Biloxi National Cemetery.
