Mike Smith, age 59, of Gulfport, passed away, January 18, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers.
Mike is survived by his wife, Ruth Smith; son, Roth Rouse; step-sons, Ronnie Rouse, and Robert Rouse; his brother, Richard Smith; and grandchildren, Lacey, and Clayton.
Born in Baton Rouge, Mike grew up in Saucier, son of the postmaster general there. He worked as an engineer in the Merchant Marines and enjoyed reading.
There will be visitation on Monday, January 25, 2016, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Three Rivers Rd., Gulfport, from 1:00-2:00pm.
