Michael Keith Phillips, age 51, of Pass Christian, passed away on October 21, 2017.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Trescca Bailey Phillips and Mary Nell Stewart; and a sister, Sylvia Ellard.
Survivors include his daughter, Heather Phillips; a step-daughter, Krystal Hall Jones; 3 sisters, Connie Ochsner, Jo Anne Holmes, and Sheryl Pinion; a granddaughter, Emma Noelle Hailey; and other relatives and friends.
He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Persian Gulf War. He worked at the Biloxi VA Hospital and he was an avid New Orleans Saints fan and an LSU fan.
A private graveside service will be held at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
