Michael Levi Crawford

Michael Levi Crawford, age 80, of Diamondhead, passed away on March 16, 2023, in New Orleans, LA.

He was preceded in death by his father, Levi Crawford; his mother, Mary Anabel Ferguson Crawford; a sister, Barbara Crawford Harper; and a step-son, Michael Simmons.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Iris Bryan Crawford; his children, Bryan (Angie) Crawford, Jeff (Kristen) Crawford, and Priscilla Crawford Peterson; a sister, Linda Crawford Powe Soler; 9 grandchildren, Jennifer, Jake, Joe, Faith, Braxton, Trey, Levi, Lauren, and Ashley; 5 great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Mason, Dawson, Olivia, and Rori; and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He was a native of Pearl River, LA and was a longtime resident of Diamondhead.  He was a 1961 graduate of Slidell High School and had a 35 year career with AT&T and Bell South before retiring.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, NASCAR, and most of all enjoying the company of his family and friends. 

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
