Michael Anthony Bowen

Michael Anthony Bowen, age 59, of Gulfport, passed away on April 10, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Bowen; his mother, Carmen Bowen; and his brother, Ronald Spooner,

Michael is survived by his wife of 34 years, Pamela Bowen; his children, Christina Blanchard (Andy), and Brandi Skrmetti (Nick); his siblings, Tammy Bowen, and Bobby Spooner (Sandy); his grandchildren, Addie Rae Blanchard and Kayden Blanchard.

Mike was a beloved husband, father, pawpaw, brother, son, son-in-law, and friend who was loved by everyone. He was so easy-going and never let things get to him. Mike enjoyed spending time with his family every weekend cooking, drinking his corona and hanging out at the pool. He loved to barbecue, fish, golf and spend time with his grand babies. He loved sitting on the couch and watching football on Saturdays, he was a loving father and father-in-law to his two beautiful daughters and their forever loves. They would always joke around with each other.

Mike worked for a wonderful company for many years, the Aladdin family. He was blessed to have been a part of this company. Guys never forget the “golf course”! He built a brotherhood of friendships that will live on forever. He loved you guys and always thought the world of you all.

A memorial will be held from 5:30 ~ 7:00 pm, on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at First Baptist Church of Lyman, 14321 Old Highway 49, Gulfport, MS, 39503.
