Mavis Cospelich

Mavis Suber Cospelich, age 88, of Long Beach, passed away on June 7, 2014.
Mrs. Cospelich was born February 15, 1926, in High Point, MS to Robert and Virgie Suber.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and 2 brothers, James Suber and Derwood Suber.
Survivors include her husband of 67 years, George Cospelich, Sr.; a son, George Cospelich, Jr. (Cindy); a daughter Janet Miller (Danny). She has three grandsons, George ""Tony"" Cospelich (Sheree), Shawn Cospelich, and Adam Miller (Brandy); one granddaughter, Jessica Jones (Bradley); great-grandchildren, Makala, Callison, and Brighton Cospelich, Kerri Cospelich, Christian Miller, Sean Malicki, and Cameryn and Braiden Jones; a sister, Charlotte Seymour; a brother, Donald Suber (Pat); and sisters-in-law, Josie Suber and Faye Marshall.
Mavis has lived in Long Beach most of her life. She has been a lifetime member of First Baptist Church of Long Beach where she was a member of the Willing Workers Sunday School Class. She was retired from Hancock Bank and was a member of Ocean Wave Quilters.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Noon at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Rd, Long Beach with a visitation for family and friends from 10:00 AM until the service. Burial will follow at Long Beach City Cemetery.
