Maureen Anne Wingo

Mrs. Maureen Anne Wingo, resident of Gulfport passed away October 17, 2012 at the age of 74.
Maureen was born in England on March 12, 1938 and married Donald Wingo on August 24, 1957. She was loving, caring, strong willed, and compassionate. She always put others first and she will be missed by all who knew her.
Those who passed away before her were her father, Hebert Jackson; her mother, Ethel Burgess; and her step father, Fred Burgess.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Donald Wingo; her children, Steven (Pam) Wingo, Tracey Wingo, Joann Weaver, and Samantha Wingo; her brother, Jim (Shelia) Jackson; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and one great grandchild on the way. She will also be missed by her dog, Charlie.
The funeral service will be held Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 10:00 am, with a visitation one hour prior, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, MS. Burial will take place at 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 23, 2012, at Biloxi National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations in Maureen's name to the American Cancer Society.
