Mrs. Mary Starek, 92, of Long Beach, died Sunday, January 22, 2006 in Long Beach, MS.
She was a native of Plainfield, New Jersey and a resident of the Gulf Coast for 20 years. She was a member of Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in Biloxi, MS., and her church in Perth Amboy was St. John Eastern Orthodox Church.
Mrs. Starek is preceded in death by her husband, Adam Starek.
She is survived by her son, Robert Starek and his wife Margaret of Long Beach, and her grandchildren, Lauri Starek of Mobile, AL, and Julie Starek of Long Beach.
Services will be Thursday, January 26, 2006 at St. John Eastern Orthodox Church in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, at noon. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery.
Gulf Coast Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.
