Mary Ann Shaw of the Crane Creek community passed away on September 12, 2026 at age 81. Mary Ann was born on February 4, 1945 in Pascagoula, MS. Mary Ann was a loving wife, mother and Nanny. She was a stay-at-home mother and then earned her RN and worked as a nurse at the Gulfport VA where she enjoyed helping veterans. Mary Ann was a member of the Crane Creek Baptist Church. She was a member of the Eastern Star for 50 years. Mary Ann enjoyed the peaceful life in Crane Creek community, traveling and spending time with her family and friends who miss her greatly.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband Crayton Larry Shaw, parents Jeanie Faye Smith Foretich and stepdad O.V. Davis, brothers Harley Davis and Larry Dedeaux.

She is survived by her son Kevin Shaw and his wife, Sharon, granddaughter, Jenna Shaw, sister-in-law Janis Dedeaux, brother-in-law Ray Shaw (Brenda), sister-in-law Estell Lee Shaw, nephews, nieces and many other family members and friends.

Brother Harry Davis will officiate the service on Tuesday September 15, 2026. Visitation will be from 12 until 2 then funeral service at 2:00 at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport. Burial will follow in Crane Creek Church Cemetery.
